What is Deflating Your Energy ?

It’s funny how most people seem happy with their daily routine, and yet.... they’re also lacking their buzz ?

Truth be told : there are SO many possibles that can lower our energy.


We know nutritional and exercise are important yet so many of us fail to entertain or purchase and don’t engage or... funnier still, engage in 1 day a week expecting to get massive results and barely change our diet or only slightly.

It is NEVER enough to say “Blah Blah Blah” - those people remain where they don’t want to be or go backwards and backwards SUCKS !!


These are a few factors that could be sabotaging the spring in your step.


1. Skipping exercise when tired

The last thing you want to do when fatigued is move, however skipping can work against the goal

US researchers found that healthy adults who did as little as 20 minutes of low-to-moderate aerobic exercise, three days a week for six weeks, felt less fatigued and more energetic.


2. Ignoring hydration

Your brain is reliant on proper hydration. Losing between 1-1.5 per cent of fluid could impair the mood, concentration and increases headaches for women while men could experience feelings of anxiety and fatigue I use AMPED™ Hydrate to help mine


3. Skipping the most important meal

I especially previously struggled to switch off from emails, texts and social media - I was well known for ALWAYS being available and yet.... my brain never switched off, my energy waned and I was less engaged with my children which I detested.


I now have something called ‘Ionix’ which has been an INCREDIBLE saviour : seriously It’s not enough alone and so together with the aforementioned my monthly bill is $15 per day for all I need.

Not extra rather instead of.... uh huh....


Most of my friends and many we know are extremely guilty for a least one of these habits, possibly two or even three - the life of a Sales Exec is tough when we constantly think of where we have to get decent food and sleep and focus and keep it in budget....
